Your cycle doesn’t have to hold you back; use it to discover your true power.
"It’s estimated that 70% of women report a decrease in physical activity during their menstrual cycle due to symptoms like pain, fatigue, and lack of energy." —Women's Health Journal, 2021

Born from a Need for Freedom
It all started volunteering on a small island in Panama. I had gone there to spend three months in nature, exploring, creating, and feeling free. But when my cycle hit, and I was suddenly reminded of the familiar reality we all know—the ache, the exhaustion, and the days that slip by while we’re stuck in bed, held back by something that feels out of your control.
With only one store for miles, & with limited options, I felt trapped by my own body, forced to put my plans and the job on pause. Those days were supposed to be full of life and adventure, but instead, I felt tethered, missing out on moments I wanted to live.
But what if it didn’t have to be this way?
That’s when Zeya came to life. It wasn’t just about comfort or convenience—it was about redefining our relationship with our bodies.
Zeya was designed to remind us that we can take on whatever comes, even on those days when all we want is to stay in bed. It’s here to support every woman who’s ever felt limited by her cycle, for her to keep showing up for herself.
